Summary

Dr Sundus Younis received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from NUST (College of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering), Islamabad and M.S. and PhD degree in engineering management from the Centre for Advance Studies in Engineering (CASE)-UET, Taxilla, Pakistan. She had been part of two leading telecom service providers of Pakistan, Teralight Ltd. and Ufone. She has also worked with WISSEN group as a principal consulatnt and a trainer. She was also a faculty member at Fatima Jinnah and Bahria University Islamabad. Her research interests include business intelligence, process optimization, people analytics, project management, big data, data mining, social network analysis and its application in industry
