1. Input from industry to improve the Mechatronics Engineering curriculum in order to enhance the skills and knowledge of undergraduate and graduate students. Contents from AI, IoT, Digital system design, advance manufacturing etc to be considered.
2. Taking input from academia while legislating on matters which can improve ongoing research (Drones, 3D Printers). Currently, Pakistan import all these technologies, how can the import policies, usage restrictions can be made academia and industry-friendly.
3. Which Key technologies Pakistan should focus now to excel in Robotics and Automation? Beneficiation of indigenous ores to develop the higher-grade product for value-added materials development, Sensors development, Application-specific circuit and IC design, material processing, advanced manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence and IoT systems etc.
4. Key Technologies in which Pakistan should develop Human Resources for the next 10 years. Experts to identify technology, related industry, related research topics.
