INSTRUCTIONS for ORAL PRESENTATIONS

1. If a Invitation letter is required, send email at [email protected] with details of presenting authors (name, affiliation, email, phone)
2. Authors have to bring the presentation file.
3. The official language of the presentations is English
4. The presentation PPT file should be send to us by email ([email protected]) till 15-OCT-2021 ( for conference record keeping).
5. Contributed oral presentations are 20 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. You should plan to speak for 15 minutes and leave 5 minutes for questions.
6. There is NO EXCUSE for using more than your allotted time. Rehearse your presentation several times; projecting slides and doing anything else you would otherwise expect to do at the meeting. It is a discourtesy to your audience, the Session Chair and the other speakers to exceed your allotted time. The Session Chairs are instructed to adhere to the printed schedule for the session. With parallel sessions this is critical to the overall success of the conference.
7. The paper must be presented by one of the author or co-authors
8. Oral presentations are to be made either using your laptop or the PC that will be available in the session room (Windows 10 as well as Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 (Office))
9. Please come to the session room with your laptop or USB drive having your presentation file
10. There will be a volunteer on hand to assist in starting each presentation
11. HDMI port will be used for Laptop Connection with the projector display.
12. A VGA-to-HDMI converter can be used, if laptop has no HDMI port.
13. Each slide should contain the slide no / total slides (eg. 2/20).
14. Follow IEEE guidlines in making a Conference Presentation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

1. If a Invitation letter is required, send email at [email protected] with details of presenting authors (name, affiliation, email, phone)
2. Authors should print and bring the poster to the Poster session Location. Board will be provided to attach the poster.
3. The poster PDF file should be send to us by email ([email protected]) till 15-OCT-2021.
4. The poster should closely incorporate the following elements:
   1. One of the authors will have to register and present the posters during Poster session at the conference.
   2. "ICRAI 2021" text at Left Corner of the poster
   3. IEEE Logo at Right Corner of the poster
   4. Paper Title at Center (with Font 54)
   5. Authors name and Affiliation including: Name of University and Department (Font Size: 36)
   6. Each poster must have a 2cm white border.
5. The poster must contain an abstract/introduction, technical details with necessary graphs/plots/figures/images, results and conclusion/future work
6. The poster must not contain content not relevant to the research work
7. Posters should be of size of about 100 cm (height) by 70 cm (large), so having a vertical aspect ratio, to be mounted on stands.
