Project and Operations Management
This research group is dedicated to advancing sustainable practices in project management and operations across various sectors. With a focus on integrating academic rigor with industry practices, our group aims to address the complex challenges faced by both public and private entities in managing projects and operations efficiently while promoting environmental, social, and economic sustainability. Through interdisciplinary research, collaboration with industry stakeholders, and innovative methodological approaches, we strive to generate actionable insights and develop scalable solutions that enhance organizational performance and resilience.

Objectives
- Develop Integrated Frameworks: Create comprehensive frameworks for project and operations management that align with sustainability principles and are adaptable to different industrial contexts.
- Innovation and Technology Integration: Research and integrate emerging technologies and innovative practices that enhance productivity and sustainability in project management and operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Establish multi-stakeholder collaborations that include industry leaders, governmental bodies, and academic institutions to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices.
- Education and Training: Develop educational programs and training workshops aimed at upskilling professionals and students in sustainable project and operations management techniques.
- Impact Assessment and Policy Development: Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand the social, environmental, and economic effects of operations and project management practices, leading to informed policy recommendations for sustainable development.
