NUST are currently in the process of crafting the NUST Strategic Plan 2030 through a collaborative and integrated approach. As we all recognize, strategic planning serves as the cornerstone of our institution’s success and resilience as we navigate the dynamic landscape of higher education.
As an initial stride, a dedicated team comprising faculty members and officers from various departments has formulated a set of Strategic Priorities and Objectives for the NUST Strategic Plan 2030, building upon our institution’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values, which have already been endorsed by the ACM. These objectives are fundamental to our collective aspirations for the future.
Recognizing the significance of inclusivity in our planning process, we firmly believe that the input of every stakeholder and unit within our university is indispensable. Hence, we are reaching out to you to solicit your feedback on the proposed strategic priorities and objectives. Your insights and perspectives are vital in refining this foundational document to accurately mirror the aspirations and priorities of our academic community.
