We offer a broad spectrum of subjects covering major subjects such as programming, data structures, mathematics, logic design, computer architecture, operating systems, microprocessor-based design, software engineering, integrated circuits, signals and filters, computer networks, database engineering, computer graphics, communication systems, digital instrumentation, digital system design, digital image processing, artificial systems, digital signal processing, design project, control systems, electronics, network analysis, linear circuit analysis and computer-aided-drawing besides teaching eighteen courses of basic sciences & humanities.

Department of Computer & Software Engineering is the most flourishing discipline that cultivates at the cross road of new trends in electrical engineering and computer science. It provides the most demanding skills one can learn to excel in his profession. Department of Computer & Software Engineering is committed to excellence in teaching, research and inculcating a sense of pride and confidence in our students. The objective is to empower our students with latest technical knowledge and skills by providing them with the best teaching faculty, state of the art lab facilities and excellent research and development environment. The motivation is not just to nurture their technical skills but to provide professional grooming and guidance so that our students come-up as thorough professionals and inspiring individuals. To meet the objectives the department pays special emphasis on teaching and hands on practical work. The students exhibit there learning in the final year projects. The projects of our students have won many awards and national funding. In line with this vision is the organisation of Computer Projects Exhibition & Competition (COMPPEC) arranged by the department every year since 2002. This event provides a platform for academia industry linkage and collaboration. It enables industry professional to witness the emerging talent and provide professional opportunities to the candidates. At the same time, the students get the opportunity to exhibit their innovative ideas, skills and potentials and discover a professional horizon for themselves.
