Important Note:

Limited number of vacancies are available for the students in the College of E&ME Hostels. These are strictly allotted on the FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Those who do not receive allotment confirmation should make their own arrangements for Accommodation

Hostel Application Procedure: Following steps to be followed, once applying for hostel: –

Step – I: Online filling and submitting of hostel application form by clicking on the link given at the end.

Step – II: Online depositing of processing fee Rs 2,000/- (non-refundable) in under mentioned account number: –

Step – III: Following information/ documents to be shared by both male and female applicants on email addresses “[email protected]” and “[email protected]” after depositing of Rs 2,000/- hostel processing fee (non-refundable):-

Note: – All the Above mentioned information should be sent in a single email by the student. Piecemeal data/ information received would disqualify the applicant from the waiting list of hostels.

Step-IV: Once allotted with the hostel (intimation will be given online by uploading of waiting/ allotment lists), student would be required to deposit following dues within 2 x days of allotment, otherwise the seat would be allotted to next applicant in seniority: –

Rs 15,000/- Advance Messing (Refundable)
Rs 20,000/- Campus Security (Refundable)
Fixed Six Monthly (Advance Accommodation and Allied Charges) on prescribed rates charged from allotment date till March 2027

Miscellaneous Guidelines:

Applications forwarded with incomplete/wrong information will not be considered for the allotment of hostel accommodation. Application status will only be “Verified” when complete documents are received.
Students of local station (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Wah, Taxilla) are not eligible for hostel application/ allotment as per policy.
Only those students who are selected in any program in NUST College of EME should apply for Hostel Accommodation. Names of those who are not selected in NUST College of EME campus, will be deleted automatically.
